York Heating and Air Conditioning Systems
In the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning business, York stands out as the forerunning producer and manufacturer of innovative heating and cooling systems. For a world that features changing seasons, York heating and air conditioning systems provide en suite comfort and convenience to many residential homes, businesses and offices. The uniquely designed systems easily adjust and adapt to the fast changing temperatures.
York always has the latest innovations that place the company in the industry’s competitive hot seat. Its newest introduction is the perfect combination of York heating and air conditioning system.
The climate controller makes use of a split but centralized system. The first component is situated outside the building and the second is seated indoors; the two complement each other’s operation. The indoor unit is made up of an air handler and furnace. The indoor unit is the one responsible for drawing in room air from all rooms and sending this to the outdoor unit through a duct work. On the other hand, the outdoor unit, which is also called the condensing unit, consists of the condenser and compressor. It is in this unit where air is ‘conditioned’. It has a condenser coil, high energy ratio compressor, evaporator coil, fan, and refrigerant that enables the system to remove heat from air. The compressor which has a chilling effect cools the gathered air, then sends it back inside for re-circulation.
York units have what is called a quiet drive system. The system operates producing as low as 65 decibels – a soothing whisper-quiet sound! Or is there audible sound at all? The quiet drive system incorporates a one touch anti-fungus air filter, automatic air sweeper, sliding chassis, advanced heat exchanger, and two drainage methods, which makes it very efficient in proofing sound and vibration.
As specified in the law of 13 Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER), York heating and air conditioning systems are manufactured with high energy efficiency ranging from 13 to 18. Thus, the systems are cost effective as they consume very minimal electrical energy. Though the heating and air conditioning systems function very effectively at the maximum and premium level, it does not mean that the owner will be charged with demanding, high bills. Buying the units may be more expensive than those units with lower SEER, but the monthly electrical bill requires a lower payment. Further, York units are friendly to other electrically driven equipments as they do not utilize much electricity.
The high class heating and air conditioning system has more to offer: energy tax credit, more even temperatures (or controlled, accurate temperatures), first-rate humidity removal system, modulated fire rate ranging from 35% to 100%, fan motor with variable speed, inducer motor with quiet blower, adjustable two-stage gas valve (or single or two pipe venting) for heating, fuel cost-saving electronic hot surface ignition, chlorine-free R410a refrigerant, durable water shed cover (that prolongs the system’s life), blow-through heat exchanger, filter rack, and quiet scroll compressor.
With York HVAC units, life will always be cool.
