SANYO Air Conditioning – What We Make of It
SANYO Company is continuously working to develop top edge air conditioning systems for each type and size of application. They are not only extremely reliable and highly efficient, but care services have been taken at each stage of the devising process so they are easy to install, specify and maintain. So customers are guaranteed of trouble free years of operation. SANYO has launched a standard installer system for its C02 ECO high effectiveness of heat pump-based heating scheme. This means that all their engineers must attend a course for the standard installer system.
All Sanyo course centres are equipped with effective C02ECO demonstration schemes, allowing engineers to have experience working hands-on with live systems. If these engineers successfully complete the course, they become official installers and are permitted to use the official installer logo that has been established by the company. This is for the use on promotional stationery, websites, materials and vehicles.
Sanyo air is also pleased to start its Gas Heat Pumps M Series. The M series of ECO G Gas Heat Pumps are innovative low carbon gas. These are an alternative solution in cases of traditional electric VRF. It also provides enhanced performance and lessened carbon emissions while giving a great solution to problems like power supply issues.
The M Series of SANYO gas provides increased performance and efficiency across the range. Today, M Series air conditionings of SANYO are more powerful compared to earlier. Its range can bond up to forty-eight indoor units. Upgrading includes improved part load performance, reduced electrical consumption, and reduced gas consumption through a Miller cycle engine. With these new systems of gas driven VRF, the use of R410A has also an engine control system and improved heat exchangers. They all give an increased efficiency of 19%.
SANYO Product Manager Graham Wright said that SANYO air conditioning has been increasing GHP VRF systems for more than 30 years now showing their obligation to delivering innovative technology. These ground breaking GHP M Series utilizes clean burning natural gas and R410A refrigerant for high efficiency function giving an easy method to restore an old air conditioner by the use of existing piping.
He also said that their range of the new system “is guiding the industry to the development of flexible and efficient systems, making it the natural option for commercial plans, especially where power limitations are applied.”
The GHP M Series of SANYO VRF range gives powerful and quick heating/cooling systems and the resourceful recovery of heat waste. The gas is not only used for heat source, but even the heat waste from combustion is re-used and recovered as well. In addition, using engine waste heat makes sure that the system does not need a defrost cycle, thus giving a 100% heat performance in harsh weather conditions that has an outside temperature as low as 20 degrees Celsius. During cooling mode, there is rejected heat from the device and this is used in DHW systems so it could supply over 22 kilowatts of hot water at a temperature of 65 degrees Celsius.
